Serves 1 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups spinach 
  • ½ cup low fat plain yoghurt (ideally Greek-style) 
  • ½ avocado 
  • 1 banana 
  • ¾ cup low fat/fat free milk 
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon 
  • ⅛ tsp ground turmeric 
  • Pinch black pepper 
  • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg 

Method: 

  1. Blend all the ingredients until well combined. 
  2. Enjoy.
