Serves 1 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango or banana
  • ½-1 tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder OR 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1 tbsp flax or chia seeds
  • ¾-1 cup milk
  • 1 handful fresh baby spinach

 Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend on high until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency
  2. Taste the smoothie. If you find the ginger/turmeric too strong, add another splash of milk or a small drizzle of honey for balance
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
