Makes 12
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ¼ cup applesauce
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey, sugar or maple syrup
- ⅓ cup oat, blended in a processor
- ¼ tsp baking soda 2 tbsp chocolate chips, more if desired
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Spray a small baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix until well blended.
- Remove batter from food processor and fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool and place in serving container.
