Recipe adapted from Sweet C’s
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 450g mushrooms, wiped clean
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian herbs mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper, to taste
Method
- Place the mushrooms in a large bowl
- Combine the olive oil and herbs in a separate bowl
- Drizzle over mushrooms, tossing to coat in oil and herbs
- Place the mushrooms into the air fryer basket and set it to 200⁰C for 15 minutes
- Shake the basket at 5 and 10 minutes
- Mushrooms are done when they look smaller and have a darker colour
- Remove and serve
