Recipe adapted from Sweet C’s 

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 450g mushrooms, wiped clean 
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder 
  • 2 teaspoons Italian herbs mix 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, to taste 

Method 

  1. Place the mushrooms in a large bowl 
  2. Combine the olive oil and herbs in a separate bowl 
  3. Drizzle over mushrooms, tossing to coat in oil and herbs 
  4. Place the mushrooms into the air fryer basket and set it to 200⁰C for 15 minutes 
  5. Shake the basket at 5 and 10 minutes 
  6. Mushrooms are done when they look smaller and have a darker colour 
  7. Remove and serve
